Weeek 82 More than happy with the 3lb loss. I've increased my calorie intake by 200 calorie a day to maintain my current weight as recommended by various platforms. I'll take it but I'm perplexed, second week running I've lost. Onwards and downwards!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 52.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
