Week 81. Happy with the loss. Second week in maintenance, upped my calorie intake to what is recommended for me in maintenance and still lost. Not complaining just curious. Onwards and downwards!
90.3 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
