Drink WATER!

I take one day at a time. I just focus on what I can do today and don’t look back on the negatives. Good luck, stick with it 🤗

You're right. I do tend to look at this giant mountain and feel overwhelmed. And I have been terrible at drinking enough water with all the 😷 at work. Thanks!

You will loose weight with a calorie deficit. Ensure your RDI is regularly reviewed in line with any activity you’re doing. If the diet is not exciting enough, change it up to get you back to enjoying your food again.

Don’t be too hard on yourself, you’re doing well! Just think of your goals. Maybe it’s useful to keep a diary of how you’re feeling so that you can see if there are any patterns and begin to interrupt them? When I feel fed up I’ll often find out that I didn’t get enough of something the day before. If you have any cravings, you might be missing something too? Eating enough of the right thing is so complex, honestly I think very few people always get it right! (Just looking at the statistics on deficiencies.) I take supplements occasionally but they aren’t really necessary.. you only have to eat 80-100g of mushrooms to get the RDI of vitamin D... yep it is tough, but you’re not alone 😊 and you can do it! 💪

@razor123 and @nutricali, both very good points. I've been an emotional eater for 4 years and been trying to break the cycle for the past 7 months. Rome wasn't built in a day I guess...I'm trying to build new habits, but it takes forever. Can't rely on will power or motivation as I'm usually up and down like a yo yo..🤦🏾‍♀️
