A small loss but a loss nevertheless.
Been increasing my lunchtime walks which has been much needed for my mental health and had a great karate class last night on zoom. Just need to not go off the rails too much at the weekend...
62.5 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
