Eating plan was followed well, walking was sporadic. Even though my wt did not frop this week my clothes are looser.

I will make a concerted effort this coming week to pull myself out of bed early to do my 30 min at least on the treadmil before work. It makes me feel better and I have more energy during the day, Will also try either my dance workout or to walk after work for at least 20 min.

Busy Sunday as I know it will be a hectic week so need to get things done today and also do some cooking -- during the football is a good time for that. It's dang hot out so need to get a move on things and do my bit of shopping early. Have to brave walmart for some pet and cleaning supplies. If I have to go when they are busy I just won't go.

Have been cleaning kitchen cupboards so a goal is to find places for the stuff that's covering my tables--can't stand the clutter! Also had to buy a new smoothie maker as mine gave up--it had been well used! Bought one yesterday and am thrilled that the cups etc from the old one fit the new. Couldn't find a ge so bought a farberware one.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
