Was busy and forgot to eat yesterday except for a late breakfast smootie and a glass of buttermilk about midnight guess I wasn't hungry. Drank lots of water, walked 40 min and danced for at least an hour--was at a concert so didn't keep track of time. Need to clean my frig today and get food ready for the next 4 work days. Slept in late as didn't get to bed until after 1:00.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
