Ones weight fluctuates a lot from day to day, also it varies on bowl movements how often you go and your portions and calories amount. So have faith, you are doing well. Keep going dear you’ll get there.

Don't worry, this is just temporary, the weight will go back down, don't give up!

Oh Anne Marie, how disheartening 😔, but as toffee said.... don't worry it is only temporary. It has happened to me a couple of times recently, but it was only a glitch. Hang in there x

I can relate Annmarie, I've lost just 6 ounces in the past 4 weeks and I've been walking at least 5 miles a day and sticking to my diet, I felt like giving up but why throw away all our hard work. Stick with it Annmarie, we can do this 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️🧎‍♀️

I've been feeling very disheartened also and just stopped weighing myself, just continuing to eat sensibly and exercise, will weigh myself when I can feel a difference

That happens sometimes, I found that I stressed about it then just though "f**k it", next week I'd lost it and a bit more too - it'll probably happen to you too
