Gained a couple kilos over the summer, even though I exercised everyday. It could’ve been much worse...

I know one of the main reasons why I gained weight was that I ate unhealthy.

From now on, I will start eating much healthier in a calorie deficit (for me it is around 1700 calories).

I will keep on working out 6 times a week
like I always did and hopefully I will start
seeing progress in a couple weeks. My main goal is to lose a bit of fat skin.



81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
