I am enjoying the AC DC quips. Hump, you inspired me to think about my bike again. This week was (pre-1980) AC DC week. 45 mins every morning on the turbo trainer with Bon blasting in my ears. It was divine. I am gonna do it all again next week!

Really Hump, I was struggling to get my exercise regime sorted. Being a swimmer I need the cardio and the opportunity to get my engine going so the turbo trainer has been a life saver. Thank you!

Too kind, we all need a nudge occasionally- fair play Anne if your a swimmer I was the kid @ school who begged his mum for a sick note ! And even now have horror flash backs of “those PJs” and repeatedly trying to dive for that brick. I can swim but has never got my “motor running”

Ah, the brick dive! There is a knack to it. Normal breath, then get your hips high and straight and down you go!. The teachers don't tell you that!
