Go chestnut - do I take it you are planning to walk up and down 20 times a day then? I discovered last week that I am doing around 7-8000 steps just at work. Sets me up for my 10,000 a day nicely!! I just need to increase to 20,000 a day and I might see an improvement!

Well there you go - perfect exercise without any strain on the shoulder..... Unless you stop for liquid refreshment and have to raise a 'container' or two... Of course, you could always borrow Roco - he thinks nothing of 5 or 6 miles at a time (a couple of times a day!).....

Chestnut63 it was just after he'd first appeared on TOTP, I enjoyed it even though it wasn't my sort of music at the time.
