😫 my first gain since I restarted my diet and no real surprise after the last two weeks eating and lack of exercise.
I need to get my proper motivation back and stop snacking on crap!
64.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
