Not happy with the weight gains and lack of feeling fit. No more excuses. Back to logging, planning meals and workouts. This time of year the workouts may be working in the yard. I know what works for me. For one I have been drinking some beer through this shut down. No more. I feel so much better with no alcohol: I should not drink it.

I cleaned out the frig last night and still need to do the freezer section. Made a small batch of beans and they tasted great for breakfast this am. A shopping trip for fresh veggies and fruit. I have a lot of frozen veggies, dried beans and whole grains that I bought just before the shut down started. I will be working on meal planning today.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
