Experienced a slight gain earlier in the week but I’ve been focused and have maintained a few HIIT sessions as well as sticking to my recommended daily intake. #icandothis
106.3 kg Lost so far: 31.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
