Thank you chestnut 😊 I just started keeping an accurate log of everything that I consume, and make sure to exercise/sleep/hydrate plenty. It also might help that my boyfriend isn’t here this week to keep suggesting we order food 😂

It may just be my scales playing tricks on me - The first weigh I did this morning said I’d lost 9lbs! Then it went down to 3, so I had to check it a few times. I’m very happy with 3 :)

Nutricali i don't get food envy there are other vices i can not control, please keep doing a grand job and encourage your boyfriend to keep you in your good habits.

Great loss...my scales do the same trick and I get on and off multiple times too, in order to get a correct reading! 🙃
