scales broke saying lower then much higher and bit of a bad week. Monday is a new day this weekend I have treat planned with kids. not kicking myself
82.6 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all I did have a cry the other day but back on monday and I'm planning 3 healthy meals that I can eat with the kids and will just keep going. Hope your all well
