Week 32 Not a loss or a gain is a positive to me. Tightened my belt a notch. 😀 Onwards and downwards!
120.4 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did that for several months of myself. Once I cut back on my calories I started losing a half a pound a day.
