Not too shabby. been eating more: I've been awake more because long hours at work. any recommendations healthy snacks or meals that don't have to be kept cold?
74 kg Lost so far: 38.2 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

if you're allowed, unsalted nuts is a good thing for a snack along with some fruit. I take them to work myself and helps when hunger is kicking in but not too much 😊

Fruit is always my go to. I always have at least 1 banana, some apples, maybe a pear, mandarins or some grapes with me. Whatever is in the fruit bowl or needs using :)

Is it stiff the same job as last year because you did really well working with food all day

No I'm a stock taker now, work starts early hours of the morning or into the early morning. 5-11hr shifts unpredicted and 2-7hrs driving. Long time to go on just snacks
