Nikina70's Journal, 06 Dec 19

Glad for this loss. I only managed one 40-min strength workout this week, but luckily with my 10 year old cousin staying it's been quite active. We went to the rugby field twice this week so I jogged around the rugby field 4 times on Wednesday and around the cricket field 3 times this morning with my little almost 15 year old dog who absolutely loved it! Also still did our daily walks to the shops and I've decided to track those this month although they're mostly guesstimates. Will hopefully get back to my regular workouts next week as well.

Been allowing myself a bit more calorie-wise just to test the waters, but still tracking everything so far. There will definitely be some days I won't track in December with lots of eating out and overindulgence, but as long as I can stay below 65kg I'll be happy. Will try to keep the weekly average below 1900 when I'm tracking to see how that goes for maintenance.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! Hope you have a good weekend too, Paul! I wore my pedometer on Thursday on a walk to the furthest shops and it was around 3800 steps, but I think it's usually around 2400 average to the other shops in our town so I think that's ok. This morning was only 2600 steps, but I got my heart rate up so that should count for something. My dog was panting, yes, and she'll sleep now for the rest of the day as it's 28 degrees C today (was 32 yesterday). Enjoying the start of summer - now just waiting for the price of watermelon to become affordable.
