ok 2 full weeks off gym. 7 take aways a holiday and a baptism and lots of alcohol so I will take that. gym today and back on plan
86.3 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah I've enjoyed myself but did make some better choices it could have been let worse xx

Sometimes it is good to take a break from the gym. It gives the body a chance to heal any little niggles and to re-calibrate. you will go back to training energised and looking forward to it.
