had lovely weekend.
but need to get back on the wagon.
oh and if you go to skeggy go on altitude.
looks easy but gets the heart racing.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
