20.8% fat. Went out last night and even though weight is up trousers were loose. 30" waist. I am getting more muscle definition. Also running out of energy towards end of day, And really hungry at night when weight dips below 66kg More importantly wife says am losing my shapely posterior so am going to have to work on that. See Phisio on Mon so will have talk about it.
