back home. the wife said i looked gaunt. and when i weighed myself before tea i was 63.2 kilo. treated myself to a high calorie dinner lots of pastry and potatoes. last week as all reasonably healthy food, no chips/potatoes/pastry. and lots of physical work. so lost lots of weight. first bit of fatty food and body piled it on again. back to gym tomorrow. need cardio workout and back exercise. Also slept for solid 10 hours.
