bit puzzled today.
Ate tons last night.
venison with all trimmings and extra rice and veg instead of chips.
half a garlic bread with cheese.
3 profiteroles with cream and strawberries.
choc fudge cake. and then finished of daughters ice cream.
a nice shiraz.
still lost weight.
still had a great night. Enjoyment must be slimming.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
