Oops. I think I'm going to have to log food till I get on the right track. Too many little extras are sneaking in. I've also asked Chef (Mike) to cook plainer food for the time being, because he's still feeding me as for maintenance, and I need to eat less to lose weight. Most of all, I need to be resolute about this 😬

Hi Brenda, we don't do leftovers, Mike eats 'em all! Thanks for your kind words last week. The other guy said afterwards he'd had a bad day. He knows he was out of order. I guess I just tipped him over the edge. It's all good now.

Mike is a clean his plate guy, but he looks like he has never been over weight. I'm glad the drama in the music group is over, thanks for letting me know.
