19.2% fat happy surprise today. was working in Birmingham yesterday and was treated to lunch in a nice Caribbean caff. spicy chicken stew with hard food/veg and rice. delicious and lots of it. followed by a short walk to chocolatequater shop. where it was make your own fondant/chocolate day . ate loads in there as well. was bought a six choc selection box and bottle of orange candies and plain choc coated dried physalis which were all gone by time i drove home. oh and hard food turned out to be potato and dumplings. got home to large portion of spagboll.
