It was a bit of a turbulent week in my little world, as I unintentionally pushed someone's buttons at the music group I go to, and then had to fix it. Anyway, it's all a storm in a teacup, but has led to me taking over running the group, and I've had to spend a lot of time working out how to approach this. It's all good. The other guy and I are friends again, and I think the things I said needed saying, though I hadn't expected him to take it so personally!

Weight is still very slowly trending down. Exercise is still lacking. I do the walking, but not the weights and stretches, and I really need to get back to that. Tuesdays and Fridays will be my days, I just need to do it!
63.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Slow and steady is the way forwards. Think of this medical fact, only 10% of the calories you burn come from vigorous exercise. The down side to vigorous exercise is your body needs to consume more as muscles use up far more calories. The point in exercising is that you become fitter, and weight loss is not the end result. You lose weight through not consuming as many calories, but a figure of 1lb per week is the most you should aim for, as any more and you will yo-yo once you have reached your weight goal. If you remember you did the 5-2 to achieve a weight loss, why not aim for the same again.

Heidi you are so very reasonable and kind in everything I've ever heard you say. Maybe, this person was looking or a way out of running the group. You will do a great job in the leadership role.
