What a stupid month so far! I've been eating really well but I've had stomach problems and medication that shoved 4lb on me, back down to what I was almost, but totally felt like a waste of diet-effort.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 41.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.0 kg a Week

But if you hadn't been eating well you wouldn't be back down to where you were! Any day when you eat healthily isn't a waste, it's a good day!

Bless you, but eating healthy as you know is the long term goal, but it's so difficult when it's feels like it's for nothing, just keep positive

I feel for you Yasmine, don't think there's anything worse at hitting your confidence when you've done everything right and the scales don't show it 😣. Chin up girl, don't let those nasty scales mess with your mind you know you're doing great 👍👍😃

Aww i understand having a similar problem was advised come off pill and gave a break since I have gained 3lb now off but no more lose ive been so good and still no period bot pregnant think stress we will get the weight loss going again xx

you have been eating well so unless you have dropped your energy expenditure, exercise etc, then that 4lb is more likely to be something like water weight than fat. Dont let the scales mess with your head.

Keep your chin up - I agree with best before1989 ... sometimes we let the scales control us .. look for inches lost ? 👍

You're doing great overall and getting close to goal weight..., those last fat pounds are pretty difficult to remove but you've kept things in check and are still on top of your trends... great practice for future weight maintenance.

Yasmine we both know there times when the weight sticks and it’s annoying when you try so hard but your doing amazing keep your head up you will persevere

Cheers I appreciate the support. I do wish I took measurements at the beginning too. It doesn't help I've had a builder here for 2 weeks and I've been struggling to go to the loo

Mawr cwtchies Jasmine 💔 not on your own and to have worked as long and hard as you have to get to your goals it feels like a slap in the face when the scales aren't budging but it's always the last bit of weight that's the most stubborn. You've done amazingly well and are an inspiration to many of us so we are with you all the way now ❤👍
