What a frustrating week! I exercised loads, ate right and the scales didn't move a bit all week. :/
71.1 kg Lost so far: 41.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm with you, I hate it when you do everything right and nothing shifts on the scales 😭😭 It will eventually but that's no fun when you're impatient to see the results. Still you know the results coming, your record shows that 😀 👍

Yeah keep chin up. Being good to your body is not only about what the scale says. Maybe you built healthy muscle and improved your heart. The scale will catch up eventually. You know you did the right thing

I try not to weigh myself to often as it can be a bit disappointing when there is no apparent weight loss. It took me four years of effort and a total revised life style to rid myself of ten stone. I have weighed myself twice since Christmas and I will weigh myself perhaps in early February. Living and eating healthy is the guarantee of weight loss over a period of time. You WILL achieve your goal. Perseverance will get you there.

Strange I should just read your post, I was thinking the same thing! (About me not you) somehow I feel cheated, because I, we, you have been ‘good’ but achieved not a lot. On the upside we haven’t put on six pounds! Even writing this I feel I’m good at giving advice but I know there is chocolate in my fridge.... better go to bed now ‘cause else I’ll cave in and go all Cadbury etc! Be strong mate, maybe next week a big loss eh?

Yasmine I will be back but not quite yet but you know what it’s like the weight sticks for a bit then it starts coming off again just keep with it your one of the people that keep everyone going you show what can be achieved with a bit of effort

Me too! Hope you’re doing ok, it’s soooooo frustrating. I was so tempted to eat chocolate but made myself reach for an Apple. Hopefully you’ll see a shift next week. I always try to remind myself that even if I don’t loose weight my internal organs are probably externally grateful for nutrient rich food. Still sucks through! X

Probably losing fat but gaining muscle, look in the mirror to see if your body is changing

@DistantMidget, I still eat chocolate to be honest. But I go for one small bar like a milky way or one of those kinder sticks. It's easier for me to allow myself to have a bit than go without. Eating and dieting is so much more of a mental thing. And as for the weight, I'm ill, my cold kicked in on Friday morning. Do you think that might have stopped me from losing?

Razor, I'm sure you don't even need FS at this point, you'll do great either way!

Missloulala, are you counting calories as well as cutting out the naighty stuff?
19 Jan 19 by member: Yasmine15585
Zaki, it's hard to tell. I should measure

Hey, You should try intermittent fasting

FeelingPumped, I can't say that IF appeals to me. I'm going to have a go at zig zagging my calories this week. But I may not be shifting weight because I'm ill with a cold right now.
