Yeah.
It's like a little switch in my brain said you met your target and shut off self control.
Found myself eating a yorkie bar and couldn't even remember going to fridge and opening it.
Even nearly convinced myself that missing gym/phisio workout would be ok now and again.

How do you work out your body fat percentage? Or do you have to go to a docs?

i have scales that work out bmi/fat and water content.
weight is pretty accurate. but fat and water can vary up to 10% either way.
i just use the as guide trends.
