found I am slipping into old habit of late night snacking again.
going to have to watch myself.
seems its harder to maintain than lose.

OH thanks for that.. just reached the time when I've got to maintain..bit worried about that.. either I'll carry on loosing or....put some back on n don't want either!

Yeah. It's like a little switch in my brain said you met your target and shut off self control. Found myself eating a yorkie bar and couldn't even remember going to fridge and opening it. Even nearly convinced myself that missing gym/phisio workout would be ok now and again.

How do you work out your body fat percentage? Or do you have to go to a docs?

i have scales that work out bmi/fat and water content. weight is pretty accurate. but fat and water can vary up to 10% either way. i just use the as guide trends.
