Fat 10.1 Lost it a bit yesterday. Shoulder and back really painful due to no longer being able to take anti-inflammatorys. And Arm where i had pneumonia jab started swelling and now have grapefruit sized red lump on arm. (Docs later) So did what i used to do which was comfort eat. Ate half dozen hot cross buns loaded with goat butter and blue cheese. On the plus side my ave weight for week is 64.5 which is bang on. am still in my wanted weight/fat zone. Probably going to put on a bit of weight as going to skeggy tomorrow as it's the wife birthday on monday, And we are going without kids for the first time so intend to enjoy our self's. And have a bang up xmas dinner at wolfies.
