18.5% fat.
same weight.
no ave fat this week.
I am actually finding it harder to get back up to 64.5k then losing.
It's taken a year to get down to this and am now in the habit of automatically watching what I eat.
And my taste buds seem to have improved.
Eg:- the other day I forgot my lunch so went to local supermarket corner shop and bought a large sausage roll as well as some chicken.
I used to love these but all I could taste was grease, Only managed one bite and I spit that out.
I can also taste if there is a lot of salt added to food to "improve flavour"
It's like doc told me last year. eat a balanced diet matched to activity levels. lose weight slowly and it will become second nature.
I still like a fry up but I now only buy top quality meat (min 95% meat and low fat content)
so today it's Bambi burger 2 chicken and herb sausages. real haggis from a secret location near aberdeen. tinned tomatoes and 2 eggs poached in said tomatoes.(saves on washing up and actually tastes better then in water and no waste).
Thanks for continued support.
Ps my weight this time last year was 95 kilos.
