scales now say fat at 28% .
weighed at hospital yesterday and they showed 19.8%
going to try new battery.
63.3 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It might not be battery. Different scales use different algorithms and different quality sensors. If you need to know exactly, go by the hospital as it is likely more accurate however use your scales for tracking trends rather than lots of sources for a like for like comparison. 💖

Hi. Thanks for comment. Over last 6-7 month mine consistently read about 1% under physios scales. But i weigh as soon as i get out of shower in morning, Before breakfast. so they seem pretty accurate. and i do just use them for trends anyway. And if yesterdays water content was right i would slosh when walking.
