I used to drink tea A LOT! I realised I was drinking excessively when I counted 14 cups one day! Yesterday I had one cup and didn’t really want it when I made it. I am not one for water but I have been drinking lots of sparkling spring water which is not only healthy and keeps me full too. 😘

been thinking of getting a soda-stream to make my own stuff. But i love coffee. And bananas. Hopefully when kidneys flush out potassium and new meds kick in can go back to them.

The problem with SodaStreams is there is temptation to add syrups. I’d love to drink coffee but even decaffeinated causes me to get headaches. Decaffeinated tea isn’t quite so bad. I’m drink Twinings Infusions on occasion. They take a bit of getting used to but are quite tasty. Loving the Camomile & Honey ones of a nighttime. Only 2kcals! 😘
