still aching after weekend.
managed to walk 25.6 miles at coast. legs certainly felt it. Gym yesterday was hard.
also had raging hunger all day yesterday.
found am now having trouble switching from diet mode.
been dieting since Jan (was 97 Kilos)
had to push to eat last night or would have been under 64.
64.3 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
