weight up from yesterday. but had hard phisio so was expected.
had body fat measured and came in at 18.8 down from 20.2 last month.
muscles finally rebuilding.
new goal from doc. weight up to 65-65.5 while keeping fat content below 20%
64.6 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
