Good trip to London, didn't overeat, did okay when we got back. Then went out to a blues event last night, we ate out beforehand, and I really overdid it, though I tried not to. I gave Mike some of my main and we shared dessert, but it was still too much. Also drank two pints of Peroni during the evening, which was slow drinking, and I drank water too, but still not a good idea and I could have done better! Anyway, I'm eating less today, and will try again lose those extra pounds I've had since June. Hopefully I'll be able to factor in some low-calorie days next week.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Exactly the right approach. In life we’re going to have nights out or times when we want to eat. That’s life. Approaching it in the way you are makes this sustainable in the long term. Well done :)
