My first week back to tracking calories again. I decided to take the rest of August off after my two week family holiday, which involved lots of ice-cream and eating out, but we did a lot of walking too. Struggling to get back into exercise and only did 1 workout so far so hopefully next week will be warmer and work won't keep being my other excuse. My weight when I got back on the 22nd of August was 64.9kg so I'm glad to have made some progress since then, but would love to see that blue line again!

Holidays are important to your mental and emotional health, too. Don’t feel guilty. You deserved the break and now you’re back in the groove. The weight is mostly water and will be gone soon enough 🙂. Happy Friday!
