Our visit to friends was great fun, but a disaster on the weight-control front! We've been back home three days, but still not back on track properly. Anyway off to London for an overnight stay tonight, so that's not going to be good for my weight, but at least it marks the end of our planned social activities for the summer, so I might actually be able to concentrate on losing those couple of pounds again! At least it is only a couple of pounds. It could have been a lot worse!
61.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It's not too bad, Heidi. You've pretty much nailed the maintenance, haven't you? Not much in the way of increase whatever you do. Enjoy your night away!

You made a lifestyle change, which pretty much keeps the weight in check. My sister went on a juice diet and lost a lot of weight, but is on a 3 month tour of the states in their motor home, so we shall see when she gets back. :)

Meh, you've done really well to only gain a small amount which you'll lose very quickly. Have fun in London.
