2 weeks enjoying a holiday in the sun plus a birthday but not too bad on both counts! The work at the gym has increased my BMR so I appear to have a little bit more flexibility as long as I keep working those muscles!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 51.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
