Logging weight early, as we will have people staying for the next week. Logging food was absolutely the right thing to do this week, and I learned a lot about all the little extras that had been sneaking into my eating, and how they add up! I'm not showing a loss in what I've logged on here, but as weight was actually up on what I posted last week, and now has got back to where it was the week before, I'm quite happy. And if it wasn't for the visitors, I'm sure I'd be showing a drop by the end of the weekend.

Unfortunately I'm not one to look on while others eat and drink all the nice things, so I'll be joining in with that, in moderation. More than anything, I know that once the visitors have gone, I can get back in control and head for goal weight again.

Heidi, moderation is the key. It is interesting when you log everything as we all tend to eat mindlessly some of the time.

There will always be celebrations. Birthdays weddings Christmas etc. Just don’t dwell on it. Next morning pick yourself up, dust yourself down and start again. To many think “ oh bollox, blown it, might as well give up” just enjoy your treat
