gutted I know a loss is a loss but week and half been good and walked loads. weighed early was going wait till Friday wish I had now :(
92.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

I popped in and took them. Wish I hadn't. My clothes so loose and can see difference but not a scale on. Think possible muscles holding water they are apre from being non stop. Thank you. I will weigh fri as originally planned to keep me on track. Thank you I may go hide them again lol

Take the NSV - if you're exercising a lot it could be that you've replaced the fat with muscle - weighs the same but takes up less room

It’s going in the right direction, o know from experience sometimes the scales doesn’t correspond with your smaller size or fat loss, but you’re still getting healthier from all your efforts 👍

This is a good drop! But I kniw how you are feeling now - just expected more. But results will come! Look at NSV - loose clothes, yay! For me it's better reward than numbers, but you'll get to this point for sure x

Try measuring yourself I've been so down cause I feel like I'm losing but someone needs to let the scales know 😂 turns out scales weren't budge but inches were so can just take a while catch up... I know it's upsetting but hang in there

If your clothes are looser then that's a NSV right there that's worth shouting about. The scales only tell part of the story.
