kids back today meal planned and food in. I went off again and scales said I was 14 stone 5 yesterday and 14 today. some serious fluctuations happening. I'm in the house all week so that will help it's when I'm out and about I'm worse. I really hope I can shift some I feel awful about myself
88.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There will always be fluctuations. Just focus on doing the right things I.e controlled portions and Exercise. And weight yourself less frequently. I almost got discouraged after a month of not losing anything and then the weight dropped all of a sudden so I was losing it just wasn’t reflected on the scales day to day.

I weighed yest as a kick up bum. I did a good walk and started logging again and only weighed today to get back on. I've gained 13 pound and around that many weeks. do you weigh weekly? xx
