Another start as have put on some weight I lost on my super low calorie 800 12 week diet last year.
Am aiming to try and maintain between a 1000 and 1200 for a longer time as you cannot do too many 800 cal diets over time.
149.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 60.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
