Time to sort my diet & fitness out , my aim is to tone up up lose some body fat , learn about portion sizes, I don't need to lose much weight so I use a tape measure to track my progress , & do work outs by Lucy Wyndham Read on you tube this month I'm doing 4 week HIIT challenge 🙂💪
50 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
