Oh me too. I just don’t count them 😂 Are you eating in your maintenance calories? I am finding it very hard to increase mines

I’m on 1600 so should increase to at least 1800 🙈but I don’t think I can possibly eat anymore unless I start eating chocolate and biscuits as that would add up quickly but don’t really want to do that 🙂🙂

My FS was calculating 2300 calories a day for me to maintain my weight 😱😱😱 Like you say, if you eat right it gets more challenging. I don’t look only at the cals but at the macros also.

FS is calculating me over 2000 also 🤦‍♀️I’m on 40% protein 30%carbs and 30% fat atm

Just keep eating more week by week adding calories slowly and check which number of calories you maintain your weight. It's the only thing left I'd have to suggest. Or eating more snacks/ protein and full fat cheese maybe ( I personally can't stand the low fat ones even yoghurt 😂)

Maybe some bacon double or triple burgers ? That’s a lot of protein in there 😂😂 I do same macros. that’s what works best for me

Yeah wasn't thinking alcohol calories Hahaha tho usually they give you big bloated stomach so that's why I haven't said those plus the obvious hangover 😂

Yeah double the dose instead of a turkey burger get a big fat 🐖 burger with extra 🥓 and cheese 😂😂😂😂
