I don’t know how my weight registered yesterday other than my IWatch but disappointed to have gone up. I know I need more exercise & now the weather is improving I will try & walk more.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
