chicken wings and celery? super unhealthy and super healthy in one place. love chicken wings though, especially plain roasted

The chicken wings are full of fat so they are considered unhealthy, I love them though, especially roasted.

Fat is not unhealthy because it has no correlation for any chronic diseases. Stop spreading misinformation from a cherry picked study from the 1960s that has been disproved over and over again. Carbohydrates alone feed Cancer cells and cause heart disease.

I thought chicken was the most healthy meat I could eat on a regular basis? 🤔

chicken has very little fat. its the skin thats the fatty bit. I look at fats in a is it natural / unnatural. chicken skin is natural so eat away and don't worry about it.
