I know I shouldn't weigh myself so often but I've cut my carbs even more. Gone from 50g a day to 30g and it's made a difference already. Plus I've increased my daily exercise from 30 mins a day to 60 mins. Feeling good guys. Love this App, love reading all the positive messages. It keeps me going and keeps me positive. Thank you everyone 💓
