5g sunflower seeds
5g roasted chopped hazelnut
5g of raisins
5g pumpkin seeds
a day increase body fat?
Keeping in mind I do not exercise and definitely do not want to increase body fat.

of course not, the seeds and nuts contained a healthy fats, and our body needs it, whether you do some exercise or not! Enjoy and don’t worry about increased fats!
