No weigh in today, had a bad night last night,. Wasn't feeling well, and ate a big juicy sarnie. Will weigh myself tomorrow and take the consequences.

I think your doing yourself a disservice weighing yourself everyday. All that you’re noticing on the scales will be fluctuating water weight, which will demotivate you quickly making what is already hard work, harder.

Got to say I agree with Caroline, you don’t want to get disheartened by water weight etc. However if it suits you and it works all the best to you 👍
